When I was teaching in a public school, I would drop my daughter off with a babysitter at 7:30 am and pick her up at 4:30 pm.  After a 30 min drive home, I’d have about 2 hours with her before bedtime.  Now that I own my own Tippi Toes franchise, I am able to spend the majority of my time with my kids while working my schedule around what works for them.  I made it a personal goal to only be away from them two days a week, so I take them to school two days and work from home the other days.  I feel like I have the perfect work/life balance!

The best part about owning my own Tippi Toes franchise is being able to build self-esteem in children every day!  Going to classes and seeing the joy on their faces is the BEST gift!  I can’t believe this is my JOB!

Owning my own Tippi Toes franchise has given me a whole new level of confidence in myself.  I never imagined that I could own a successful business while also getting to spend the majority of my time each day with my family.  I have found that I love being able to have my own identity as a businesswoman while still being the wife and mom that I want to be!
