Flexible Schedule
Tippi Toes offers dance classes at a variety of times throughout the week. We are able to work with college/school schedules creating a flexible schedule. Once an instructor’s schedule is set, the schedule will remain consist week after week, giving the best of both worlds in terms of flexibility and stability.
Detailed Training
In person and video training as well as online support provides initial and ongoing training for all Tippi Toes Instructors! Training includes company mission/vision/values, choreography and lesson plans, as well as classroom management.
Make an Impact
Our Tippi Toes Instructors play a meaningful role in each young student’s life! Week after week our Instructors bring encouragement, fun, and joy to class. We are truly honored to make a major impact in each student’s dance journey!
Develop Leadership
As a Tippi Toes Instructor, you are provided access to our company intranet which is used as a resource for ongoing training and companywide leadership development. We seek to provide as many opportunities as possible for our instructors to grow, develop, and even step into roles with additional responsibility! Our goal is to retain our employees for many years!
