Frequently Asked Questions

*Are classes open to the public?
Classes that has ” *** ” are open to public under Classes and Locations page.

*We just found out about your classes.  Is it too late to join?
It’s never too late to join our classes!  We have open enrollment throughout the year and any partial months will be prorated.

*What does your enrollment fee cover?
This fee covers our usage of our online monthly payment system, dance recitals, supplies used in class, a Tippi Toes T-shirt and a water bottle for your child.

*How is monthly tuition handled?
When you purchase your tuition package, your credit card will automatically be charged each month.  Please contact us for other payment options.

*What happens if we can’t continue dance this month?
Please email us at MissDaphane@tippitoesdance.com before the 1st of the month if you wish to discontinue classes for that month so that you are not charged.

*Do you have dance recitals?
We hold a Mini Winter Show in December and a Spring Recital in May/June for a majority of our students.  We encourage all of our dancers to participate as it is a fun and special day for them to be STARS!  This recital is usually held at an off-site location.  Each class performs two to three dances during their recital.  Information about recital will be sent home via email, newsletters and flyers throughout the year.  Our younger dancers participating in Baby Ballet or Tiny Toes classes will participate in our “Rookie Recital” which will take place in your child’s classroom.  This will allow your little dancer to participate in a performance in front of an audience while in a familiar setting.

*When is the costume fee due?
The costume fee  is due in February for the Spring and October for the Winter.  If you choose for your child to not participate in the recital, you must email us at MissDaphane@tippitoesdance.com to let us know that you will not be purchasing a costume.

*Do we rent the costume?
Costumes are purchased and are therefore yours to own!  We do not ask for costumes back after the recital.

*How do we discontinue class?
If you need to stop classes at any time, please email us at MissDaphane@tippitoesdance.com.  We can easily take care of that for you!

*Do you offer any other services beside dance classes?
We offer birthday parties, princess appearances and several fun dance camps throughout the summer.  We will send more information home regarding our camps throughout the year.  We would LOVE to see your dancer there!
